　経済学系ブログ界隈にはさまざまなご意見がみられるようですが、いままさに雇用システム論を整理しつつある自分にとっては、ウィリアムソンの受賞はきわめてアクチュアルであります。なお、ウィリアムソンの「特殊性をもった交換」の理論については、ドーリンジャー＝ピオレ（白木三秀訳）の下記の本に簡単に記述されています。*1
